WHY LOCKERLY

Key Features

Carrier-Agnostic

Patent-pending dual-door anti-reach mechanism. Both doors cannot be open simultaneously.

Framer-Installed

MECHANISM

How It Works — Patent-Pending Dual-Door Mechanism

Step 01
Carrier opens the exterior door using the integrated pull handle and deposits the package.
Step 02
Carrier closes the exterior door. The doors are mechanically linked — the interior door remains closed while the exterior door is open.
Step 03
Interior door releases. Once the exterior door is closed, the linked hinge mechanism allows the interior door to open under the weight of the package.
Step 04
Package transitions into the receiving space. Gravity moves the package through; the interior door closes behind it.
Step 05
Homeowner retrieves the package from the garage or receiving room. No latch, key, app, or interaction with the unit required.

Homeowner Use

Carrier interaction

Opens exterior door using integrated pull handle, deposits package, closes exterior door. No carrier app, no code, no smart-lock interaction.

Homeowner interaction

Package is delivered into the receiving space automatically via the gravity-released interior door. Homeowner retrieves the package from the garage or receiving room floor.

Package landing

Package transitions to garage floor by default. Optional receiving bin available from Lockerly; homeowner may also supply their own.

Security

The dual-door anti-reach mechanism ensures both doors cannot be open at the same time. There is intentionally no homeowner-engaged interior lock — the sequenced doors make a lock unnecessary, and eliminate the risk of a locked unit blocking a delivery.

FAQs

  • What’s the best package box for frequent online deliveries?

The best delivery solution depends on how often you receive packages and the level of protection you want. Homeowners who receive frequent deliveries benefit from a built-in system that stores packages inside the home rather than leaving them outdoors. A solution like Lockerly provides consistent protection from theft and weather while eliminating the need to monitor deliveries throughout the day.

  • Are built-in package lockers better than outdoor delivery boxes?

For many homeowners, built-in package lockers offer advantages that outdoor delivery boxes cannot. With built-in solutions, deliveries end up inside the home or garage and are protected from theft, extreme Arizona weather, and street visibility. Built-in systems are permanently integrated into the home's structure, making them more difficult to tamper with or remove than freestanding systems placed on the porch.

  • What’s the best home delivery security upgrade for online shoppers?

A strong delivery security upgrade should protect packages without creating extra work for homeowners or delivery drivers. Built-in package lockers provide protection at the moment of delivery by moving packages inside the home rather than leaving them exposed outdoors. This approach addresses both theft and weather concerns while fitting naturally into existing delivery routines, making it a practical upgrade for households that shop online regularly.

  • How does Lockerly help protect packages from weather and theft?

Lockerly combines weather protection and theft prevention into a single built-in solution. Packages are delivered through the exterior access panel and stored inside the home or garage, where they are protected from rain, heat, and other outdoor conditions. At the same time, the one-way mechanism prevents outside access to delivered packages. This keeps deliveries protected from both environmental exposure and opportunistic theft.

  • Is Lockerly a good option for preventing package theft?

Yes. Lockerly was specifically designed to address the vulnerability of packages left outside after delivery. Instead of relying on cameras, alarms, or special instructions, it physically removes deliveries from the porch and places them inside the home. Lockerly eliminates the opportunity for package theft and offers a more permanent solution than many temporary delivery security products.
