At Lockerly, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Because Lockerly is a professionally installed, built-in product, our return and refund policies differ from standard retail returns. This policy covers preorder deposits, cancellations, returns before and after installation, and our warranty claim process.

We encourage you to read this policy carefully so you understand your options at each stage of the purchase and installation process.

Preorder Deposit Refunds

Risk-Free Preorder

Your preorder deposit is 100% refundable at any time before your professional installation is scheduled. Cancel for any reason with no fees or penalties.

When you place a preorder for a Lockerly product, you pay a refundable deposit that reserves your place in our installation queue. If you choose to cancel your preorder before an installation date has been scheduled, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit.

To request a preorder refund, contact us at support@lockerly.com with your order number. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of your request.

Cancellations After Installation Is Scheduled

Once your installation has been scheduled, we begin coordinating with our certified installation partners and may incur preparation costs. If you cancel after scheduling:

6 or more business days before your scheduled installation: You will receive a full refund of your deposit, less a $100 scheduling fee to cover administrative and preparation costs.

5 or fewer business days before your scheduled installation: Your deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling

If your Lockerly product has been delivered to your property but installation has not yet taken place, you may be eligible for a return and refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition
  • You must contact us within 5 business days of delivery to initiate a return
  • Return shipping or pickup will be arranged by Lockerly, and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
  • Refunds for returned products will be processed within 7–10 business days of our receiving the product

Installed Products

Because Lockerly is a permanently installed, built-in product, installed units generally cannot be returned for a refund. Once installation is complete, the sale is considered final.

If you experience any issues with your installed Lockerly product, please contact us at support@lockerly.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue through our warranty and service programs.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your Lockerly product arrives damaged or is found to be defective before or during installation, please contact us immediately at support@lockerly.com with your order number and photographs of the damage or defect.

We will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the damaged or defective product at no additional cost
  • Repair the product at no additional cost
  • Issue a full refund, including any installation fees already paid

Claims for damage or defects must be submitted within 15 business days of delivery or discovery of the issue.

Warranty and Service Issues

Lifetime Warranty

Every Lockerly product is backed by a lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. We're committed to the long-term performance of your investment.

For issues covered by our lifetime warranty, including defects in materials and workmanship, Lockerly will repair or replace the affected product or component at no charge. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes over time
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, vandalism, or acts of nature
  • Issues arising from installation not performed by Lockerly's certified partners

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at support@lockerly.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are generally non-refundable:

  • Installation labor costs once the installation has been completed
  • Permit fees or third-party inspection costs incurred on your behalf
  • Custom modifications or special-order configurations requested by you
  • Shipping or delivery fees, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error

We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
