By accessing or using the Lockerly website (the "Site"), purchasing or preordering products, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services or place an order. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.

You agree not to:

• Use any automated system, including bots or scrapers, to access the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
• Use the Site to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current. Lockerly reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Lockerly accepts preorders for its built-in delivery locker products. When you place a preorder, you will be required to submit a refundable deposit. This deposit secures your place in our installation queue and is applied toward the total purchase price.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the final product specifications, installation timeline, and total price may be subject to change. We will notify you of any material changes before proceeding with your order.

All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, and installation fees will be calculated and disclosed at checkout or during the installation scheduling process.

We accept payment through the methods listed on the Site. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and current. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

Lockerly products are designed to be professionally installed. Installation is performed by Lockerly's certified installation partners. By purchasing a Lockerly product, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate information about your property, including address, access requirements, and any relevant structural details
• You will ensure that the installation site is accessible and ready for installation on the scheduled date
• You are responsible for obtaining any permits or homeowner association approvals that may be required for installation
• Installation timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on availability, weather, or site conditions

After your preorder is confirmed, we will contact you to schedule your installation. Scheduling is based on availability in your area and is handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you need to reschedule your installation, please contact us at least 7 business days before your scheduled date. Lockerly reserves the right to reschedule installations due to weather, material delays, installer availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly in such cases.

Our full return and refund policies are described in our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order or preorder, you agree to the terms of that policy.

Lockerly products are backed by a lifetime warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation (if not performed by Lockerly's certified partners), or natural disasters.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at Support@lockerly.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or issue a credit for the affected product.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, software, and other materials, is the property of Lock Box Holdings LLC d/b/a Lockerly or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

The Site and all products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Lockerly does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lock Box Holdings LLC d/b/a Lockerly and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, products, or services.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lock Box Holdings LLC d/b/a Lockerly and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
