Lockerly began with a small team of homeowners, engineers, and designers sharing a common frustration — packages weren’t truly safe unless you were home.

Together, they combine decades of experience in residential development, large-scale manufacturing, and operational execution to bring the first integrated and permanent solution to porch piracy from the factory floor to your front door.

With an extensive background in financial services and real estate investment, as well as hands-on experience in construction and home services as the founder of Desert Peak Roofing, Jeremy Hass draws on both strategic vision and practical expertise. This unique perspective allowed him to view porch piracy as a structural problem that required a built-in solution.

After enduring one too many weather-soaked deliveries during monsoon season and numerous stolen packages during the holidays, Jeremy realized that packages shouldn’t sit on porches. They should be safely inside the home with a fully integrated delivery box.
